Helping millions of Airbnb Hosts find community and belonging
At Airbnb, I shaped how community and content design systems scaled across the organization. For the Airbnb Community Center, I led strategy and content design to improve navigation, taxonomy, and task flowsâmaking it easier for millions of hosts to find resources, share knowledge, and feel recognized. These changes increased adoption, engagement, and host satisfaction.
Driving clear and consistent content across 40+ Features
I led a workstream to bring the content design system into Figma, partnering with product and design teams to create reusable patterns and tone guidelines that supported consistency and speed across teams.
